MEN'S AND WOMEN'S RECOVERY HOME
The Men's and Women's Christian Recovery Homes, sponsored by Victory Outreach Oxnard, are a live-in, 12 month, Christian care homes for adult men and women who have drug and/or alcohol problems.
Our program is designed to reclaim, redeem, and restore lives that have been consumed by drugs, alcohol and/or other substance abuse.  |
WOMEN OF VICTORY
We have Women of Victory Services that are especially designed to train, develop, and inspire women to be all that God has called them to be!

God's Anointed New Generation
Victory Outreach International Kidz Club, "God's Anointed New Generation," has been established to meet the needs of and creatively nurture children worldwide, and to disciple a new generation unto the Lord Jesus Christ.

MEN OF WAR
The mission of Men's Ministry is to provide men with resources to develop godly character, and to equip them to influence their world for Christ. Becoming a Christian is not a destination; it is the beginning of a life-long journey. The Mens Ministry will help some men along the way. |
SMALL GROUPS
Small groups offer a place to connect with other believers in fellowship; to grow in our understanding of the Bible, as Jesus' own small group of disciples did; to meet the needs of others in your group in ministry; to become equipped for evangelism; and to worship God through practicing godly behavior. |

GOD'S ANOINTED NOW GENERATION
At Victory Outreach, we have dedicated much of our ministry to developing the personal lives of young people.
We have innovative strategies to reach teens in today’s tumultuous environments. |
SATELLITE CENTERS
Located throughout Ventura County, the Church’s Satellite Centers extend the Church’s outreach. These affiliated sites also serve as teaching centers.
